Ensure BMC FW release 2.36 or later is pre-installed before attempting this FRU/SDR update. 2. Copy all of the files and directories in the S9200WK_FRUSDR_0.34.zip archive to a USB key, hard disk drive or floppy drive. 3. Execute the following script to bring up the main FRU/SDR load menu: updS9200WK.nsh 4. Select Option 1 to do the SDR update. 5. Answer the prompts, and the SDRs will be loaded ============================================================================= KNOWN ISSUES/WORKAROUNDS ============================================================================= BMC behavior might be inconsistent up to 2 minutes after loading the firmware update. Initially, the BMCs were manufactured with an older style, SHA1 private key. This release causes the BMC to update its keys at first power on, and correct some known issues. This process takes about 2 minutes the first time it is run, and will lead to inconsistent behavior immediately following a firmware update. Waiting for 2 minutes will allow the BMC procedure to complete successfully. Once this is successful, you will not see this issue again. WalkerPass power on boards came with no FRU programmed, which causes fru loading to fail. You must load an intial FRU manually before the FRUSDR package can successfully load a fru. This is done with the /fru flag on frusdr.efi ============================================================================= ISSUES FIXED ============================================================================= 0.34 - Change KCS sensor name from "KCS Ctrl Mode" to "KCS Policy". - Change Build package from BUILD 16 to BUILD 18. 0.33 - Inlet Temp Sensor Nominal reading, Maximum, UNC and UC values are modified. - Nominal reading from 3A to 1B, Maximum from 69 to 28, UC from 73 to 32, UNC from 6E to 2D. 0.32 - Change Redundant Power Supply Configuration to 2 PSU 0.31 - Add back EMP Presnt and EMP Failed sensor 0.30 - Add 2 blank lines at the end of master.cfg - Add 2 blank lines at the end of S9200WK.sdr 0.29 - Remove EMP Presnt and EMP Failed sensor 0.28 - Remove Cool Mismatch sensor. 0.27 - Change LBG Temp Entity ID from 0C to 07. 0.26 - Modify MAX11617 PVPP sensor value following FSC rev 0.24. 0.25 - Sync new FSC sheet for 1UAC setting. - Added CPU VR1 to Global Stepwise Header Records - Corrected "Global Stepwise Curve Records" setting.
