System Software Update Instructions - Production Release

Important NOTES: 

It is highly recommended that you read the Release Notes for each of the software updates provided,
to understand what the known issues are, what issues were addressed from previous updates, and 
what new features (if any) were added.  Release notes for each update are located in their
respective directories after the contents of the .ZIP file are extracted to a bootable USB Key.

This Update package REQUIRES the following production system software levels before updating:

BIOS	- R66
BMC FW	- R55
FRUSDR	- R37

*********  Standard Update Procedure **************

The updates must be loaded in the order specified below. 


- Extract directory structure from Update Package .zip file to a bootable USB Disk-on-key device
- Boot system to the USB device. Update system software in the following sequence:


- Update FRU and SDR Data
---- Go to the FRUSDR directory
---- At the command prompt type "FRUSDR38a.BAT"
---- When prompted, answer requested information
---- The FRUSDR update should complete with no error and exit out to a DOS prompt.


- Power down the system
- Power on system using power button on Control Panel

System update is complete.
